Mintek is offering an exciting Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunity within its technical divisions at its Randburg offices.

This programme is designed for students who require practical workplace experience to complete their qualifications. The aim is to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practice in a professional scientific and research environment.

Purpose of the Position

The purpose of this role is to:

• Provide practical workplace exposure
• Enhance employability through hands-on technical experience
• Support students in completing their in-service training requirements

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be South African citizens
• Have an excellent academic record (minimum 60% average)
• Have completed S4/S5 in:
  • Electronics Engineering OR
  • Electrical Engineering

Job Knowledge & Skills Required

• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities
• Attention to detail
