• Complete tasks aligned with development objectives.

Learning & Development

• Participate in all training interventions.
• Apply newly acquired knowledge in practical scenarios.

Customer & Team Support

• Provide support to customers as required.
• Assist team members to ensure overall team performance.

Administration

• Complete administrative duties.
• Track and report on assigned tasks and learning progress.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: GET Certificate in Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work in a team-based call centre environment.
