The 2026 WIL Programme offers students structured workplace learning at the company’s Head Office. Successful candidates will be placed under the guidance of experienced professionals to support the completion of their qualifications.

Applicable Qualifications / Fields of Study

Students studying in the following fields are encouraged to apply:

• Business Management
• Office Management
• Any Administrative Qualification

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the programme, applicants must:

• Be a student requiring WIL or in-service training to complete a qualification
• Have completed relevant N4–N6 theoretical components (for NATED programmes)
• Provide a letter from a TVET college or university confirming the WIL/in-service training requirement
• Be willing to work in a practical, fast-paced environment
• Have a minimum academic average of 60% or above
