Learnership Programme Overview
The YES Learnership Programme provides young people with an opportunity to gain real workplace experience in a professional engineering and industrial environment.
During the 12-month programme, learners will:
- Gain practical workplace exposure
- Develop professional and technical skills
- Work with experienced industry professionals
- Improve their employability for future career opportunities
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be between 18 and 25 years old
- Must come from a previously disadvantaged background
- Must be currently unemployed
- Must be medically fit
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office
