This 24-month internship offers graduates in Psychology or Social Sciences the opportunity to gain practical experience in employee wellness within a public sector environment.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BA in Psychology OR
• BA in Social Sciences

Post Description

The successful candidate will support the Employee Health and Wellness function within the college.

Key Duties

• Assist in coordinating health and wellness programmes
• Provide basic counselling and staff support under supervision
• Perform administrative duties related to wellness initiatives
• Assist with wellness assessments
• Support data collection and reporting

This role provides valuable exposure to employee assistance programmes (EAP), staff wellbeing initiatives, and HR wellness administration.

The Z83 must be accompanied by:

• Comprehensive CV
