The Graduate Trainee role is a development-focused position where successful candidates gain practical workplace experience while completing assigned tasks and projects.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be between 18 and 34 years old
• Must have obtained a relevant post-matric qualification
• Must have been unemployed for at least the past 6 months
• Must have little or no work experience (less than 12 months)
• This must be the candidate’s first job experience
• Must not have previously participated in the FirstJob Programme
• Must not have previously worked for FirstRand
