The FNB Private Banking Academy Programme is aimed at developing future Private Advisors who will work with high-net-worth clients.
This contract-based programme provides structured training in financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management. Participants will gain the knowledge and experience required to advise clients on complex financial matters.
Graduates will receive intensive training and mentorship while working within the Private Banking division of FNB.
After the programme, top-performing candidates may be offered permanent positions within the bank.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have completed a FAIS accredited qualification with one of the following levels:
- NQF Level 7 Undergraduate qualification
OR - NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification

Programme Location
Successful candidates will be placed at FNB offices in Gauteng and Tshwane, and participants must be able to work in these regions.
